Cancellation policy.

We know things happen in life and you are free to change your appointment. As we reserve this appointment exclusively for you, we do require more than 3 business days rebooking notice which allows us to offer the appointment to someone else. Please let us know if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. We can’t accept cancellations or changes less than 3 business days prior to the appointment.

Payment
At the time of making your first appointment we require full payment which is subject to our cancellation policy. If you provide us with more than 3 business days notice requesting to rebook your appointment, your payment amount will be used as a credit against the next booking. If you cancel your appointment with 3 business days notice, return of fees incurs an $30 Admin handling fee and bank fees.

Cancellations
We require at least 3 business days notice for cancellations. Anything less than this will be seen as a late cancellation, and you will be required to pay 50% of consult fee. Please understand this 3 business day cancellation policy in non negotiable even for illness but you are welcome to rebook your appointment.

No Shows
Where you have failed to attend your appointment even for illness and you have not notified us, or you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be at the discretion of the practitioner to proceed with your appointment or adjust your appointment time. No shows mean your booking fee will be forfeited and not credited to your future bookings. You will be required to pay 100% consult fee.
